Power Your Productivity 2026:

Embark on the 8-Week Journey to a Mindful Lifestyle

A woman with short reddish hair, wearing a colorful scarf and white top, is smiling and looking upward with her hands clasped together.

Are you drowning in clutter?

  • Have you tried many times to get organized only to have 'same old/same old' return?

  • Is your kitchen an impossible place to prepare high quality, nutrient dense meals?

  • Do you have trouble finding what you want to wear in your closet?

  • Can you fall asleep easily in your bedroom or does it feel like a war zone?

I get it. I've seen it all. There is a way out and the road map is in my 8-week Mindful Journey to get organized.

You probably have a library of organizing books by other organizers. They've given you instructions and some have shown you pretty pictures of completed projects.  You are still flummoxed.

I know why.

You've had no guidance in preparation for your organizing projects. Too many times you've gotten in the middle of one of those projects and been stunned it was taking so long to complete. You think it's your fault and give up. Here's a secret: it's not you. You just need better guidance.

💕Hey There!

I’M REGINA LEEDS

I've been working 35 years one-on-one with all kinds of clients in every corner of this country. You are just like everybody else. In addition to preparation, you might need a little help dealing with the stress that the very idea of getting organized brings. You may even be an unconscious stress junkie. My 8-week class teaches you multiple ways to cope. When you feel stressed, you can reach into your grab bag of solutions and pick the one the best fits the situation. I'll help you with meditation, breath work, aromatherapy and Feng Shui just to name a few. I'll teach you the tools I use. The ones I went in search of after a traumatic experience in my 20's when I had no idea how to cope.

Getting Organized is an opportunity to have some fun and express your creativity. It's a way to save time, money and energy. It affords you the chance to nurture your family through their environment. It teaches your children by example and gives them a gift that keeps on giving throughout their lives as they raise their own families and influence friends and work colleagues.
